Comida preparada y perecedera<\/h2>\n

Al tratarse de comida y bebida preparada o perecedera, y conforme al art\u00edculo 103 del RDL 1\/2007, no existe derecho de desistimiento<\/strong>: una vez preparado el pedido no puede cancelarse ni devolverse.<\/p>\n

Cancelaci\u00f3n antes de la preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n

Si necesita cancelar o modificar un pedido, ll\u00e1menos cuanto antes al +34 631 27 60 69. Solo podremos aceptar la cancelaci\u00f3n si a\u00fan no hemos empezado a preparar el pedido.<\/p>\n

Pedido incorrecto o en mal estado<\/h2>\n

Si su pedido llega incompleto, incorrecto o en mal estado, cont\u00e1ctenos el mismo d\u00eda en el +34 631 27 60 69 o en punjabicurryhouse1@gmail.com. Comprobado el caso, lo repondremos o le reembolsaremos el importe correspondiente. Como el pago es presencial, cualquier reembolso se realizar\u00e1 por el mismo medio.<\/p>\n

Prepared, perishable food<\/h3>\n

Because this is prepared, perishable food and drink, and under Article 103 of Spanish consumer law, there is no right of withdrawal<\/strong>: once an order is being prepared it cannot be cancelled or returned.<\/p>\n

Cancelling before preparation<\/h3>\n

To cancel or change an order, call us as soon as possible on +34 631 27 60 69. We can only accept a cancellation if we have not yet started preparing it.<\/p>\n

Wrong or unsatisfactory order<\/h3>\n

If your order arrives incomplete, incorrect or in poor condition, contact us the same day on +34 631 27 60 69 or at punjabicurryhouse1@gmail.com. Once checked, we will remake it or refund the relevant amount. As payment is in person, any refund is made by the same means.<\/p>\n
